Leo Picture is a graphic editor that comes equipped with functions to retouch photos. It works with the following graphic formats: BMP, JPG, GIF, TIF, PNG, EMF, EXF and WMF.

Some of the main features of Leo Picture are: you can optimize the photos, correct colour deficiencies if any, zoom in, deform images, colour a specific area, preselect the set part of the photo to work on, copy/paste fragments of the photo to create collages and photo montages, preview the image before printing, etc.

To access each image more easily, they are all shown as thumbnails. Leo Picture also lets you apply transparency effects, extract a specific colour from an image, scale them to different sizes, add your own text, rotate, adjust the brightness, contrast, saturation, etc.

For Leo Picture to work correctly you need to previously install .NET Framework 1.1 or later.
